1. Legal & Business Disclosure

We do not manufacture, store, inspect, package, or ship any products offered for sale.

All products are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to DSers and CJdropshipping.
By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts this business model.


2. No Direct Control Over Products or Shipping

We have no direct control or responsibility over:

  • Manufacturing processes
  • Product materials or quality standards
  • Packaging methods
  • Shipping carriers or delivery routes
  • Customs procedures, inspections, or delays

All such responsibilities rest exclusively with the supplier and logistics providers.


3. Product Representation Disclaimer

Product images, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and specifications are provided by third-party suppliers and are for illustrative purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Exact color shades
  • Material texture or thickness
  • Weight or finish
  • Packaging appearance

Minor differences, visual variations, or cosmetic imperfections do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a refund.


4. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

  • All delivery timeframes shown are estimates only, not guarantees.
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, supplier processing, force majeure events, or logistical issues are not our responsibility.
  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled, regardless of customer claims of non-receipt.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer void any refund eligibility.


5. Refund Policy (Strict Conditions)

Refunds are exceptional, not automatic, and granted solely at our discretion.

Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

  • The item arrives severely damaged and unusable
  • The item is completely different from what was ordered

Mandatory requirements:

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence
  • Claim submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Evidence must clearly show the issue before product use

Non-Refundable Situations (Including but Not Limited To):

  • Customer dissatisfaction or change of mind
  • Size or style issues
  • Minor defects or cosmetic flaws
  • Delayed delivery
  • Customs seizures, taxes, or duties
  • Items lost after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect expectations based on images
  • Promotional or discounted items

6. Returns

Due to international supplier locations:

  • Returns are not required and generally not accepted
  • If a return is exceptionally authorized, all return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Failure to meet these conditions voids any refund eligibility.


7. EU Right of Withdrawal – Limitation

In accordance with EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded for:

  • Goods shipped from outside the EU
  • Made-to-order or customized items
  • Items that cannot reasonably be returned due to logistical constraints

By purchasing, the customer expressly agrees to these limitations.


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers must contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified chargebacks constitute abuse of payment systems and may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction
  • Submission of evidence to payment processors
  • Legal recovery actions where applicable

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law:

  • We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product
  • We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from product misuse

10. Goodwill Assistance (No Obligation)

While we are under no obligation, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Contact suppliers on behalf of customers
  • Request replacement or partial refunds
  • Provide tracking assistance

Such actions do not constitute acceptance of liability.


11. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they:

  • Have read this policy in full
  • Understand the dropshipping business model
  • Agree to all terms without exception

12. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
